Inspired by the subtle art of what we eat, the collection Beneath The Chopsticks began with a stone — an onyx, soft pink-orange with creamy white bands. It looked uncannily like salmon sashimi. Beside it, another: deeper pink, delicate and rich — like toro. That moment sparked a craving not just for flavor, but for a story told in minerals. I began searching for textures of wasabi, glints of soy glaze, and the cool luster of oyster flesh.
From these quiet discoveries, the sushi and sashimi collections were born, a playful homage to the intimacy of Japanese dining, where beauty is bite-sized, fleeting, and unforgettable.
