A collaboration between CHIMUK from Peru and MyCraftCosmos!

Chimuk is a slow fashion, social impact brand from Peru, made up of a collective of 20 women artisans who are knitting a better future for themselves and their families. All of our products are 100% hand knit. We make high quality, eco-conscious and ethically produced products that our customers will keep forever. Inspired by the Chimu Civilization and Chan Chan, our designs honor and preserve this heritage.

Sustainable Materials: This beautiful collection use sustainable Tangüis Cotton and traceable Baby Alpaca wool from Peru. 
  • Tangüis is up to 3 times stronger and more durable than regular cotton. Tangüis is a highly breathable fibre that requires little water to grow and can be harvested up to 6 times a year! It is hyper-allergenic which makes it perfect for babies and children.

  • Alpacas are native to Peru, and have a long history of tradition in Peruvian culture. Alpcaca is a sustainable option as it has minimal impact on the vegetation, landscape and natural resources that the alpacas graze in. Alpaca is a soft and extremely strong fibre. It is hypoallergenic and up to 3 times warmer than sheep wool!
