Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Switzerland: 2–4 business days

Europe: 4–8 business days

International: 7–21 business days (depending on the country and customs clearance)

For available products, the delivery time follows the estimates above. For tailor-made or custom items, delivery depends on the creator’s agreed production timeline, after which standard shipping times apply.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Free shipping may apply for orders over a certain amount (within Switzerland and Europe, as specified in promotions).

Customs & Import Duties
